Easy Lemon Pie!

I just made my first lemon pie and it was so easy! I tried to eat it while it was still warm and I found that to be a bit bitter but after chilling it and topping it with whipped cream it is great! Here is the recipe! Note that I used an organic lemon since almost the whole thing is used.
