You watch super short videos and each one is worth a certain amount which gets deposited into your account right away. You request a money card which they mail to you and then all the money gets deposited right in. You can make $5 a week just watching some short videos but if people you invite join, then you can earn even more. Jingit videos seem to pay way more than the Beezag videos and it seems much easier.

They send you emails that say 'you got __ points. Click to get your points.' Clicking just takes you to their site. The more you update your profile, the more points you are able to get.
