Joint Pain

So I have been struggling with joint pain and I believe I am finding some relief with the Gelatin drink. Apparantly gelatin has a ton of amino acids especially ones that rebuild connective tissues. It also helps with inflammation. This post also has a lot of good information about it. I've been taking it for 4 days and definitely see improvement. This would also be of great nutritional value for someone who doesn't like to eat meat and doesn't have a source of these Amino acids.
